A central system that manages, syncs, and reports social protection data across subsystems, for the UN and UNICEF Syria. It is the sibling of the social case management system.
Role: Sole developer, on contract through Nabdah.

What it does
- A central registry of registrants, shared by the subsystems through one API.
- Role-based access control on sensitive data.
- A mobile app that lets field workers read and update records.
- Reports for the agencies.
